Not much time today but I did align and torque up the brakes and derailleurs and roughly set the indexing. Everything seems to shift OK but I can’t tell for sure until I get the chain on. I’m waiting for a special chain tool for the 12 speed chain before I can do that.
I also made some adjustments to the positioning of the bars and levers after sitting on it and getting a feel for the set up. The saddle and bar hight seems about right.
