I made a start on the final build. The headset cups went in nicely but the crown race was very tight so I ended up cutting it. I hope that’ll be OK, it’s what the modern headsets seem to do. I can always replace later if it proves to be a problem. I tried heat but it wouldn’t go.

I need some more spacers to finish the steerer but the stem and bars are on. I added the wheels, seat post and saddle so that it looks like a bike.
Then next step was to start fitting the groupset. The bottom bracket cups and crankset went on nicely but 50Nm torque for the centre bolt seemed like an awful lot.
Deraillerurs and levers fitted roughly and I put the brake callipers and pedals on just to see what it looks like.
